Kingdom Community Resource Center (KCRC) is a nonprofit organization designed to provide adequate resources that aid and assist individuals and families to retain and maintain sustainable longevity. We believe that in order to improve one's quality of life, you must first identify the resource need — then respond with purpose, compassion, and consistency.

KCRC strongly believes that in order to improve one's quality of life, you must first identify the resource need. We value working with families and individuals who have been identified as needing support, applying appropriate interventions that meet them where they are.
Resuscitating Community Core Values
Our beliefs are rooted in restoring the core values that once encompassed communities — bringing aid and relief to families, and focusing on food shortage, synthetic resources, natural resources, and outsourced resources.
Unity, Togetherness & Family
It is imperative that the community we serve has a sense of unity, togetherness, and family. We do not just provide resources — we build relationships and restore community bonds.

Founder's Story
A Mission Born from Experience
"Community has always been the center of my life."
KCRC's founder, Thomasine Hinton, is no stranger to life's challenges. As a single mother of three young children working full time, she became overwhelmed as bills piled up in what felt like a never-ending cycle. "All I did was work to make sure that my children were financially taken care of — that was my daily routine."
She felt humiliated receiving human services resources in a society that looks down on those who are 'have-nots.' Labels about welfare mothers — that they are lazy, getting pregnant to get more assistance, on drugs, uneducated — were ones she knew all too well. That lived experience became the foundation of KCRC: a place where families are met with dignity, not judgment, and with resources, not labels.
